How To Shop

Shopping online with Pippins is simple. You can browse through our ranges by using our category listings at the top. And if you have a particular gift in mind, just use our “quick search” to find products by type (i.e. “tin heart”), or by product code. Out of stock isn’t out of reach. So if you see “Out of stock” by a product you can still make a purchase. Then as soon as the date advised comes along we’ll contact you to let you know that it’s on it’s way to you.

Order confirmation

We can only accept your order once authorisation and/or payment on your card has been obtained. You will then receive an order confirmation from us to the e-mail address you supplied.

Pricing and payment

The price you pay is the price displayed on our website at the time we receive your order and will be clearly stated on your order confirmation with the following exception. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled and will give you a full refund.

All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Online orders must be paid for by credit/debit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro, Electron and American Express.

All card payments made on our website are protected by a secure connection. This means that your credit card information is encrypted prior to being transferred to the bank for authorisation.

All goods will remain the property of Pippins until paid for in full.


If you benefit from any discount or promotion, the discount applies only to the sub total, not the delivery charge. You cannot use two promotions together on the same purchase.

At Pippins we take security very seriously, and treat the safety of your credit card details with the utmost importance.

Your Web browser will go into ‘secure mode’ as soon as you click to go into the checkout section – so before you enter any personal or payment details Being in ‘secure mode’ means that all of your details are encrypted to keep them secure.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
