How To Shop
Shopping online with Pippins is simple. You can browse through our ranges by using our category listings at the top. And if you have a particular gift in mind, just use our "quick search" to find weddings by type (i.e. "tin heart"), or by product code. Out of stock, isn't out of reach. So if you see an "Out of stock" by a product you can still make a purchase. Then as soon as the date advised comes along we'll contact you to let you know that it's on it's way to you.
At Pippins we take security very seriously, and treat the safety of your credit card details with the utmost importance.
Your Web browser will go into 'secure mode' as soon as you click to go into the checkout section - so before you enter any personal or payment details Being in 'secure mode' means that all of your details are encrypted to keep them secure.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
We can only accept your order once authorisation and / or payment on your card has been obtained. You will then receive an order confirmation from us to the e-mail address you supplied.
We have a passion for our quality gifts, but we understand that sometimes for all sorts of reasons, you may feel you want to return or exchange an item. We will always refund the full amount or exchange a product, provided these guidelines have been followed.
For obvious reasons we ask that all goods are returned in pristine condition, unused and in the original packaging. Unfortunately, if goods are returned without the original wrapping they came in, we reserve the right to deduct 20% of the value from your refund.
Please ensure you return any unwanted goods within 14 days. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Refunds and exchanges will only be processed once items have arrived back in our possession.
Should in the unlikely event your order arrive damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery where we can arrange a replacement. Photographic evidence of such damage may be required.
Delivery charges are as follows:
UK Mainland Standard 3-5 days | £3.75 on all orders.
If you live in the Highlands or Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly, Isle Of Man, the Channel Islands additional postage charges will apply so please contact us before placing your order.
Next working day | £9.75
Orders must be placed by 2pm previous working day.
Any orders received on a Bank Holiday or weekend will be processed on the following working day.
Free delivery on orders over £50.00. (UK mainland only)
Pricing and payment
The price you pay is the price displayed on our website at the time we receive your order and will be clearly stated on your order confirmation with the following exception. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled and will give you a full refund.
All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Online orders must be paid for by credit/debit card. We accept Visa; MasterCard; Delta; Maestro; Electron and American Express
All card payments made on our website are protected by a secure connection. This means that your credit card information is encrypted prior to being transferred to the bank for authorisation. /p>
All goods will remain the property of Pippins until paid for in full.
We adhere strictly to the requirements of the UK Data Protection Act 1998. If you have requested any services from us we will keep your personal data and we may use your name and contact details to inform you of other products and services that we offer. Rest assured, we will never pass on your details to another company.

Updating your details
Please keep us up-to-date with your details so that we can be as efficient as possible when dealing with your orders. If you want to update your details, log in to your account via the My Account link to change your name, contact details or password.
If you benefit from any discount or promotion, the discount applies only to the sub total, not the delivery charge. You can not use two promotions together on the same purchase.
